Hotel Magdalena is part of Austin's famous Bunkhouse hotel group. We specifically chose Magdalena to inspire you with thoughtful design and an exceptional customer experience. It's also walkable to HQ. Bunkhouse is located at the northern tip of Music Lane, one of Austin's newest mixed use developments and home to many fan-favorite retailers and businesses. South Congress is a tourist favorite for the eclectic shops and restaurants.
Please note, Bunkhouse worked for months with us to make this experience possible, so please be courteous of the staff and team.

StoryBuilt broke ground on our first mixed-use development, Frank, in April of 2017 and celebrated Ribbon Cutting November 19, 2019. We're looking forward to finishing space across the breezeway this summer to provide more room for our ever-expanding team. During this week we encourage you to visit HQ, connect with teammates, and cozy into some work space (it's limited but lots of flex and shared spaces). Make sure to walk down the street to visit Willa as well. Enjoy Frank Alley and the murals at Willa - all beautiful collaborations with many local street artists in Austin.

Springdale Station is an event space designed at the acclaimed train depots, Boone Station and Pine Street Station, dating from the early 1900s. In 2016, Springdale Station's founders Moya and Colin McIntyre opened the venue and married the two historic stations together shortly after to give it new life and a fresh identity, while paying homage to its roots. You'll notice a variety of preserved design elements throughout the location.

There is no formal programming on Monday so we encourage you to visit HEADQUARTERS and grab a colleague for Happy Hour.

Tours
StoryBuilt is hosting tours to share the Austin development history with teams from out of state. Each tour will be hosted by Austin leadership and include stops at many of our Hall of Fame Communities, as well as some in progress.
We hope seeing our growth in Austin shines a light on where our other markets are going!
The tour will leave Frank and you will visit George, Franklin Grove, Lucy, Eastline, Thornton, and Willa before returning to Frank.

To commemorate this event we will be requiring STAFF to arrive at Frank at 9:00am.
We will shoot our entire team via drone.
Please be in the plaza in front of Frank offices ON TIME.

Didn't think you'd get away without a little focus time, did you?
From 10:00am-2:00pm we will have break-out sessions run by our leaders.
We have a HARD OUT at 2:00pm, so everyone has time to wind down and doll up for the BIG EVENT!

This evening is about celebrating. We will have 4 main food stations and 3 snack stations. We have tried to be mindful of food preferences so there are options for all, including vegan and gluten-free.
Enjoy yard games, the DJ, and our open bar.
Upon arrival you will receive:
- ONE GOLDEN TICKET: You must present this at the marked ticket booth to receive your party favor.
- 10 RAFFLE TICKETS: Enter to win your favorite prize.
- NAME TAG: To wear during the party.
